🔧 Troubleshooting
Status Updates Not Appearing
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
- Make sure all family members are using the same family code
- Try force-closing the app and reopening it
- Verify you're signed in with the correct family code
Can't Join Family Code
- Double-check the family code for typos (codes are case-sensitive)
- Ask the family creator to verify the code in their settings
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
App Crashing or Freezing
- Make sure you have the latest version of KnockFirst from the App Store

Notifications Not Working
- Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → KnockFirst

How to Manage Your Subscription
All subscriptions are managed through Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find KnockFirst and tap it
- Here you can view, cancel, or modify your subscription
Family Sharing
KnockFirst supports Apple Family Sharing, which means one subscription can be shared
with up to 6 family members at no extra cost.
To enable Family Sharing:
Settings → Your Name → Family Sharing → Purchase Sharing
Refund Requests
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by KnockFirst. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find KnockFirst in your purchase history

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KnockFirst
for your family's personal use on devices you own or control.
2. Subscription
- KnockFirst requires an active $1.99/year subscription
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- Subscription can be shared with family via Apple Family Sharing
3. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Share family codes publicly or with unauthorized users
- Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the app
- Use the app for any commercial purpose
- Abuse or exploit bugs for unfair advantage
4. Service Availability
KnockFirst requires an internet connection and depends on Firebase for real-time
synchronization. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by Nittram AI and are protected
by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
KnockFirst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee
that the app will be error-free or that status updates will always be instant.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but
not limited to missed meetings, interruptions, or data loss.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to KnockFirst for violations of these terms.
You can terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes
