Our serverless backend API is hosted on Vercel. Vercel temporarily processes wine photos to forward them to OpenAI but does not store them.

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Nittram, we may use your mobile number and related text messaging opt-in and consent information to provide one-to-one business communications, including responses to inquiries, scheduling and appointment communications, service-related questions, and account or transaction updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent information.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will only be shared with aggregators and service providers as necessary to deliver SMS messaging services. Any such information shared with those providers may be used only to provide Nittram's services and deliver the communications you requested or authorized. It may not be used by those providers for their own or any third party's marketing or promotional purposes.
Nittram will not transfer, share, sell, rent, or disclose consumer personal data to external organizations except as strictly necessary to provide our services or as required by law. External organizations that receive data solely to provide services on our behalf are not permitted to use that information for independent purposes or external marketing.
We maintain safeguards designed to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, sharing, or disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, contractual data-protection and confidentiality obligations for service providers, encryption and other appropriate technical security measures, employee confidentiality requirements, and incident-response procedures.

WineWall complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. When you first open the app (if using the free tier), you will see a prompt asking for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.
